We hope this message finds you well. We have been home now for a few days. We wanted to thank you for putting together such a wonderful trip for our group. Everyone enjoyed it very much. All of our guides were excellent, the food was wonderful and we bought a lot of souvenirs …
We were impressed with how you handled the few problems that came up, and we do realize that the fault was not yours or that of your company. We will definitely recommend your company to all our friends and family who are interested in traveling to Vietnam or Myanmar. We will come back to Vietnam to visit Sapa, Den Bien, Mai Chau and will be sure to contact you for our travel plans.
Everyone enjoyed the trip and has fond memories of the experience. Thank you again for all your patience, suggestions and help.
Thank you for your email. We arrived home on Monday and our daughter and son-in-law went home to New Zealand last night. Now I’m just getting to read my emails.
Everything about our trip was wonderful. My husband and I enjoyed being back in Vietnam. We really like the part up in Sapa as this was new for us. We all loved the walk in the valley to the Hmong villages and wished it could have been longer.
Everything went according to plan. Our transfers were all on time, the hotels were good. We especially liked Liberty Central in Ho Chi Minh city and LeMaison in Hanoi.
We had very good guides we were very well taken care of.
What a surprise to receive gifts from Ciao Asia Travel. They are very nice; we have put them in our home and are using them already.
So thank you once again for organising our holiday so it all ran very smoothly. Maybe we will email you again. I have given your email contact to friends here in Bangkok so hopefully you will hear from them sometime.
Xin Chao Huong Tran,
Now that we have returned home, I’m writing to let you know that we had wonderful time in Vietnam. We found the country to be beautiful, the people delightful and the food delicious! All of the arrangements you made for us worked out very smoothly and we enjoyed all of our tours. We were particularly surprised by the level of luxury on the Indochina Sails cruise on Halong Bay – the 1 night cruise was perfect for us. While we were in Hanoi, we used the Conifer Hotel as a base between tours. Each time we returned, we felt like we were returning home – the staff was so welcoming and friendly. It is a wonderful hotel – thank you so much for including it in the list of recommended hotels in Hanoi.
We will be happy to recommend Ciao Asia Travel to any of our friends who may be planning trips to Vietnam.
We regret we were not able to meet you in person while we were in Hanoi. But, we may be returning in the future, so hopefully we will meet you then.
Thank you again for your careful attention to detail and for organizing our trip so well.

We were very sorry to have missed you. We were so looking forward to meeting you. All the same, we once again want to express our appreciation of the excellent way you organized our trip. Everything was perfect and we do feel that we have come to know your lovely country and its people a little bit. Mr. Son was an absolutely exceptional driver. We have had many drivers over the years in different countries – all of them good – but Mr. Son was the best we ever had. He was in perfect control of every situation and from the very beginning, we both felt completely safe with him. If you speak to him, please let him know how much we enjoyed the two weeks with him. Please charge the additional night at the Metropole to our Mastercard and thanks again for eveerything you have done for us. we will be sure to recommend your agency should people we know plan to visit Vietnam.
Mr Do’s English was especially good it was very easy to understand him. When we said goodbye to him at the airport we felt like we had left our son behind we were all very sad to say goodbye to him.We had a Mr Phong who met us at the airport and took us to see the water puppets and then we met the other Mr Phong, he was just georgeous I wanted to bring him back to Australia, he was such a gentle man and he also had a sense of humour and explained alot of the Vietnamese history. Crossing a road was a nightmare for us by the time we got to the North with Mr Phong’s direction we finally crossed a road in Vietname like the locals did.
Thank you Quyen for all your lovely gifts, you were very thoughtful, you spoilt us.
We hope to meet again, thankyou for our lovely memories. Thanks from all and hope to talk to you in the future.
