How far is that from Hanoi to Sapa?

Sapa is far from Hanoi 380 km, with no nearby airport the only option for getting there is to travel by road or train
Most visitors choose to get from Hanoi to Sapa by overnight train as it’s more comfortable and safer than a bus or motorbike, and a lot cheaper than hiring a car.

How is Sapa climate?

Sapa’s climate is very seasonal with temperatures reaching 29°C (84°F) in summer down to freezing in winter. Humidity ranges from 75% to 90%, but summer months are the wettest, especially July and August. The weather on March and April for warm and dry weather or October and November for cooler climes and clear days.

When is the best time to visit Sapa?

The best time to visit Sapa as well as the Northern mountain is from September to November or from March to May, when the weather is fairly settled with dry sunny days and clear cold nights. In April and May, Sapa is blooming with flowers and green pastures.

We require 30% for the deposit amount and the balance will be collected upon your arrival by cash or credit card at your hotel.
You can pay us through one of the following ways:
Credit cards (Visa or Master card): credit card payment is completely secure by us. We will charge it offline ( the bank fees is 1.8%)
Bank transfer: we will send you our bank detail ( all the bank fees will be paid by you)
Onepay: we just send you the pay link then you can settle the payment directly via this link but the bank fees for this will be 3.5%

How long in advance should I make the reservation?

Most our tour posted on our site are filling out fast, for the quality of service and low price offered. We suggest you to make the reservation as soon as possible, especially if you are planning to travel in high season months from September to December. Planning your trip ahead will save you time and hassle.

What if I want to cancel my booking?

Please advise us when you decide that you need to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately by email. We do not accept cancellation notice by phone or any other means for verification reason.

What does the listed price include?

All prices listed on our site already entrance and sightseeing fees, guide , train ticket, half meals or full meals and government taxes ( this will be noted case by case on the detail email)
The listed price does not include the peak season: National Days, New Year and Christmas surcharge, personal expense and tips.
