This beautiful region is characterized by karst fangs, towering mountains and fertile rice paddies. Spend a night with a hill tribe family and trek through the rolling countryside, immersing yourself in the wonders of Mai Chau valley.

Day 01: Hanoi – Mai Chau ( Home Stay) ( L, D)

Depart from Hanoi to Mai Chau – an idyllic valley home to many hill tribes including the Dzao, Muong and Thai. Arrive in Mai Chau around noon, check in your room and enjoy lunch.
In the afternoon, we visit beautiful ethnic villages including Na Thia, Nhot, Pom Coong, Lac. Be welcomed by the friendly local people, talk with them and discover their traditional culture. Total walking time is around 2 – 3 hours. Take it all in: the spectacular scenery of Mai Chau and the relaxed rhythm of local life. Evening having dinner and enjoy a traditional dance show, a local rice wine. Overnight at homestay in Poom Coong Mai Chau.

Day 02: Mai Chau – Hanoi (B, L)

Enjoy breakfast then cycle to pristine Thai village as: Van, Na Tang, Cha Long where rarely visited by tourists. Have lunch at Mai Chau Ecolodge, relax and back to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi in the late afternoon. End of the trip here.
